BG: Ch2.54: स्थितप्रज्ञस्य- of one who is situated in fixed Kṛṣṇa consciousness

1)भाषा: language, what is his Language? Symptoms of sthita-prajñasya. Fixed intelligence

gives up all varieties of desire for sense gratification. Material desires
finds satisfaction in the self alone

2)प्रभाषेत: speaks, how he speaks?
How he responds to dualities or receiving praise

Bg. 2.56

not disturbed in mind even amidst the threefold miseries. equanimity
not elated when there is happiness
free from attachment, fear and anger

Bg. 2.57

unaffected by whatever good or evil he may obtain. Undue affection to one but compassionate to all.

neither praising it nor despising it. Undue praise anyone but loves every one. No dualities.
3)किमासीत: does remain still, how he is situated?
How does he Restrain sense objects?

Bg. 2.58

withdraw his senses from sense objects, as the tortoise draws its limbs

Bg. 2.59

soul may be restricted from sense enjoyment, the taste for sense objects remains by experiencing a higher taste> Devotional service to Lord Krishna or Guru.

Bg. 2.60

senses are so strong they forcibly carry away the mind even of a man of discrimination who is endeavoring to control

Bg. 2.62: uncontrolled mind, mind does not come back butr one needs to bring back
·        contemplating the objects of the senses,
·        develops attachment 
·        attachment lust develops,
·        lust anger arises
Bg. 2.63
·        From anger, complete delusion arises
·        from delusion bewilderment of memory
·        memory is bewildered, intelligence is lost
·        intelligence is lost one falls down
4)व्रजेत: walk, how does he walk?
How does he responds to sense objects or engages his senses - Regulation
Bg. 2.64

free from all attachment and aversion 
able to control his senses through regulative principles of freedom
Bg. 2.65
satisfied consciousness of Krishna, one’s intelligence is soon well established.
Bg. 2.66
Without consciousness of Krishna, one can have neither transcendental intelligence nor a steady mind
no possibility of peace and happiness
Bg. 2.67
strong wind sweeps away a boat on the water, like even one of the roaming senses on which the mind focuses can carry away a man’s intelligence.
Bg. 2.68
one whose senses are restrained from their objects is certainly of steady intelligence.
Bg. 2.69
What is night for all beings is the time of awakening for the self-controlled
the time of awakening for all beings is night for the introspective sage.

A person who is not disturbed by the incessant flow of desires

Summary of all the four questions:
Bg. 2.71
A person who has given up all desires for sense gratification, who lives free from desires, who has given up all sense of proprietorship and is devoid of false ego – he alone can attain real peace.
 Bg. 2.72
spiritual and godly life, after attaining which a man is not bewildered. If one is thus situated even at the hour of death, one can enter into the kingdom of God.
